　　1. Before leaving get off work every day, clean the weighing box with an air gun to blow away the dust and debris in the box.

　　2. If there is lint clogging in the stainless steel mesh on the lint ejection nozzle, please use an air gun to clean the clogged lint in the net to affect the exhaust speed and cause the lint to fail to be normally drawn out within the specified time.

　　3. Do not use too much force when opening and closing the door of the weighing box, to avoid heavy objects hitting the weighing box, and to open and close lightly.

　　every three days:

　　1. After the scale body is cleaned and tared, use a weight to check whether the gram number read by the scale body in the weighing box is consistent with the weight gram number (the error range is 0g-0.1g). If the deviation is large, please re-calibrate in time.

　　2. Clean up dust and debris in the electric control box.

　　Every seven days:

　　1. Please dewater the dewatering tank every seven days. Operation steps: close the upper and lower valves of the tank body, open the tank body exhaust valve, after the gas is exhausted, connect a drain pipe under the pipe body and unscrew the drain It can drain after the valve.

　　2. Open all the doors and use an air gun to clean the dust in the dust collector.

　　Every fifteen days:

　　1. Perform a drainage operation on the dewatering tank, the method is as above.

　　2. Clean up the debris on the upper and lower layers of the down filling machine to ensure that there are no dead corners and prevent debris such as cloth strips from entering the cabinet. Otherwise, the cloth strips will be entangled when the impeller rotates. Please shut down and clean up in time.
